Turning location detection on or off

In order to show you relevant weather information in the OneLaunch dashboard, the software will automatically detect your computer’s location. You may disable this function and set your location manually by completing the following steps:

1. Click the menu button .
2. In the menu, click “Settings”.
3. Next to “Detect my location”, there is a toggle which can be clicked to turn location detection on or off. If the toggle displays “On”, location detection is currently enabled.

For weather information to function when location detection is off, you will need to manually enter your location by typing it in the text box to the right of “Location”. As you type, suggestions will populate below the box. When you see your location in the suggestions, click it to set it as your location.
