Depending on the physical size of your computer's display and your system settings, OneLaunch will only be able to fit a certain number of app shortcuts within the dock. App shortcuts that have been added to the dock but are not immediately visible can accessed by following the instructions here. If you'd prefer to have more app shortcuts be immediately visible, this article outlines a few things you can try.
- Hide labels - "Labels" are the names of the apps that are displayed next to their icons in the dock (i.e. "Maps", "Tracking"). These labels can be hidden so that the shortcut only shows the app's icon, thereby taken up less space in the dock and allowing more app shortcuts to fit. To hide a shortcut's label, simple right-click the shortcut and then click "Show label".
- Hide unwanted Shortcuts - By default, OneLaunch includes shortcuts to popular Windows features to make accessing them quick and convenient. If you're not using these shortcuts, you can hide them by following the instructions found here.
- Reduce the number of Window Previews shown - App shortcuts are often competing for space within the OneLaunch dock with Window Previews. Sometimes, as new windows are opened the Window Preview sections enlarges and temporarily hides some apps. To prevent this behavior, the maximum number of Window Previews shown can be limited by following the instructions found here.
