Bookmarks in OneLaunch

This document will show you how to add, edit, and delete bookmarks as well as create bookmark folders to add additional folders and bookmarks to.

To add bookmarks to OneLaunch:

1. Open the dashboard by clicking the Dashboard icon on the left-hand side of the dock.
2. Click the “Add Bookmark” button next to “Bookmarks”.
3. Click “Add Bookmark”.
4. In the first text box, under “Name”, enter the name you would like to give to the bookmark.
5. In the second text box, under “URL”, enter the website URL you would like to save as a bookmark.
6. Click “Save” to create the bookmark.

To add a bookmark folder to OneLaunch:

1. Open the dashboard by clicking the Dashboard icon on the left-hand side of the dock.
2. Click the “Add Bookmark” button next to “Bookmarks”.
3. Click “Add folder”.
4. In the text box, under “Name”, enter the name you would like to give to the folder.
5. Click “Save” to create the folder.

To create a bookmark inside of a folder:

1. Left-click on the folder you would like to store the bookmark in.
2. Now that you are in the folder, click the “Add Bookmark” button
3. Click “Add Bookmark”.
4. In the first text box, under ”Name”, enter the name you would like to give to the bookmark.
5. In the second text box, under ”URL”, enter the website URL you would like to save as a bookmark.
6. Click “Save” to create the bookmark.

To create a folder inside another folder:

1. Left-click on the folder you would like to create the new folder in.
2. Now that you are in the folder, click the “Add Bookmark” button
3. Click “Add Folder”.
4. In the text box, under “Name”, enter the name you would like to give to the folder.
5. Click “Save” to create the folder.

To edit a bookmark or folder:

1. Right-click on the bookmark or folder you would like to change.
2. Click “Edit”.
3. Make any changes you would like to the Name or URL of the bookmark or folder.
4. Click “Save” to save your changes, or “Cancel” to discard them.

To delete a bookmark or folder:

1. Right-click on the bookmark or folder you would like to remove.
2. Click “Delete” to permanently remove the bookmark or folder.

To view more bookmarks:

If all of your bookmarks aren’t visible from the OneLaunch dashboard simply click the “View All” button to the right of the bookmarks.
