If you haven’t already, turn on the Templates app from the Apps Library panel. Instructions can be found here. Then, click the “Templates" app button on the OneLaunch dock. It should look like this:

To find templates, simply enter keywords into the search box relating to the type of templates you're looking for click the blue “Search” button or press "Enter" on your keyboard. Alternatively, click on a category tile to the right of the search to find templates within that category.
If you find yourself using one category often you may want to pin a shortcut to your OneLaunch dock. When hovering over the category, click on the white checkbox 
at the top right to pin a shortcut. Click the shortcut anytime, to open the template category.
