If you haven’t already, turn on the Office app from the Apps Library panel. Instructions can be found here. Then, click the “Office" app button on the OneLaunch dock. It should look like this:

Simply click on the service you wish to use and OneLaunch will open it in your browser. You may be required to sign in to utilize certain services.
If you find yourself using some of the services frequently, you can pin a shortcut to the service onto your OneLaunch dock. Hover over the service with your mouse and click on the white checkbox 
at the top-right corner to pin a shortcut. Now you can click the shortcut in the dock anytime you want to use the service!
